TESTIMONIALS
|
FAI Marine Division have been attending emergency response situations on detained vessels since 2003.
We have successfully trained each ship’s crew to an emergency preparedness level (onboard firefighting training) that has surpassed the requirements of a port state Inspection each time without fail.
We are grateful to be associated with a growing number of satisfied clients and we are very pleased to list our portfolio and some of their comments as follows;

Our company Svendborg Ship Management A/S which is a company handling technical management on a number of handysized bulkcarriers have been using Messrs. Fire-Aid International in connection with training of crew on board our vessels as well as to repair, service and advice regarding vessel’s equipment.
Fire-Aid International have made two days seminars on all our vessels as we were concerned that the crew’s ability in firefighting needed a tune-up.
On all the vessels the feedback received from the vessel’s officers has been very good. The entire organisation in regards to firefighting has been changed on the vessels, everything from the way that the firefighting is handled on board including musters and responsibilities as well as communication and equipment.
While Fire-Aid International have performed the said seminars they have at the same time checked vessel’s equipment and given their opinion to what equipment is either required to be changed or renewed or what equipment would improve the performance of the firefighting teams.
We have here in our office been very happy with the services rendered by Fire-Aid International on our vessels.

"We are Cory brothers Shipping Agency Limited, based here at Newport Docks, South Wales. We have acted as agents for several vessels in the area that have been detained by the MCA for defects, one of which has been the performance of the crew in fire fighting drills etc. When this happens, we have called in Fire-Aid International to help re-train the crew and improve their overall performance. They have always responded quickly and have acted in a professional manner and improved the crews training to pass the re-inspection by the MCA. Should we have the need for this kind of assistance again, we will always go and use Fire-Aid International"
